Cocktail Syrup - Grapefruit Spritz

Craft small-batch cocktail syrup from W&P. Designed to replace multiple fresh ingredients and streamline the cocktail making process. Carefully brewed with grapefruit, honey, and biters to mix up the perfect sparkling grapefruit cocktail. 

To use: Add 0.5 oz syrup to 4 oz sparkling wine. Briefly stir over ice, garnish with fresh grapefruit zest. Makes 16 cocktails.
